October 9, 2020

Dear Friends,

It’s hard to believe it is already October!   We are eight months into the “COVID Season” and yet life goes on: the leaves are falling, students and teachers are back at school, and we are slowly emerging from isolation into modified and somewhat limited communal worship.

We’ve been busy since our mid-year report in July.  The St. John’s community continues to work towards a more robust worship and prayer life, and it’s time once again to let you know what’s been happening.

Please watch for a copy of the 2020 Third Quarter Vestry Report that will be mailed with your quarterly giving statement.

Some of the highlights of the report are:

  1. The Rector Search has begun!
  2. Our Stewardship Campaign has kicked off.
  3. Live, but limited and modified, services have begun.

As always, we welcome your questions and feedback.  You may contact us via parish email office@stjohnsplymouth.org, or by telephone at 734-453-0190. Sandy Goga and Fr. John continue to check email and voice mail messages regularly and will pass your messages on to Vestry.

Many blessings,

Your Vestry
